How To Use the ‘Amplify’ Activation

  1. Briefly think about the situation you want to shift with the Activation.
  2. Make an “X” with your index fingers as illustrated below:

  1. Start with right finger over left, then left over right… and repeat for a total of four sets. While doing so, say or think the command, “Extract!”. (Watch the accompanying video.)
  1. Take a moment to feel the particles and molecules of you and creation rearranging – to course correct and to extract the best outcome according to the highest good.
